A thoughtful integration of showroom, office, employee hangout space, warehouse, and parts library. The Pivot Warehouse + Showroom is a space designed for the production and showcase of high-performance agricultural processing machinery. It reflects the client’s innovative and future-forward approach in the industry, re-imagining how practicality, collaboration, and discovery can intersect in a space. It redefines the agricultural equipment space by transforming technical rigor into a tactile and visual experience, pushing the boundaries of aesthetics and utility.

Hatches, fills, and diagrammatic overlays are not mere decorations but spatialized drawings, giving the sensation of inhabiting a conceptual engineering diagram, where lines, planes, and forms embody both movement and intention.
